Milica is a Partner in our regional Arbitration and Litigation Practice Group with 13 years of professional experience. She primarily focuses on arbitration work as she represents clients in major investment arbitration cases under ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules as well as in commercial arbitration. Milica also focuses on privatisation related disputes, complex and high-value M&A and construction disputes, bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings. She regularly participates at regional and international arbitration conferences as a speaker (ICC Construction Arbitration Conference, Balkan Arbitration Conference, various Young ICCA and ICC YAAF events).
