Manuela Grosu LL.M. PhD is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at DLA Piper Posztl, Nemescsói, Györfi-Tóth and Partners Law Firm in Budapest. She has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration, as well as commercial and administrative litigation, often handling cross-border disputes. She has represented clients under the ICC, UNCITRAL, and Hungarian Arbitration Rules.
Dr. Grosu holds a PhD in Law from ELTE Law School and an LL.M. in U.S. and Global Business Law for International Business Lawyers from Suffolk University (Boston). She is a visiting lecturer at ELTE Law School, where she teaches private international law. She was also a visiting researcher at Cardozo School of Law (New York), affiliated with the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution. She is a dedicated advocate for ADR and frequently publishes on ADR-related topics, speaks at international conferences, and organizes events on dispute resolution. She is a trained mediator and actively participates in mediation training initiatives. Additionally, she serves as a VIAC Community Ambassador for Hungary and is a Senior Fellow of the Weinstein International Foundation.
