The morning will begin with a welcome and introductions, including a brief overview of Austria–Lithuania business ties.
This will be followed by a presentation by Patrizia Netal covering an overview of VIAC, the Vienna Rules 2021, recent statistics, and the relevance of VIAC for CEE/Baltic businesses.
The main session will then focus on the topic of „International Commercial Arbitration vs. Lithuanian Litigation: A Practical Guide for In-House Counsel“, presented jointly by Ms Netal and Albertas Sekstelo.
The session will conclude with an open Q&A and table discussion, during which in-house counsel are warmly encouraged to raise practical questions and share their experiences.
This will be followed by informal networking and delicious breakfast.
