A survey on arbitral tribunal engagement will be presented at the XXVII International Congress of Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) in Madrid on 12-15 April by Grant Hanessian (New York) and Tim Robbins (The Hague and Hong Kong). The survey, which focuses on practical application of existing case management procedures and tools, takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete.
