Eva Dragúňová’s practice primarily focuses on international dispute resolution, including both commercial arbitrations and investment treaty arbitrations under the auspices of leading arbitration institutions and related to various industry areas, such as oil and gas, energy, construction, mining, real estate, telecommunications and M&A disputes. Eva has also acted for clients in Slovak litigation proceedings.
In addition, Eva teaches a full semester course on international arbitration at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava.
