Teodora Vujošević

“I am honoured to serve as a VIAC Ambassador for Montenegro, a jurisdiction experiencing increasing international investment and a growing need for reliable dispute resolution. VIAC’s combination of neutrality, procedural efficiency and recognised institutional expertise, coupled with strong regional understanding, makes it a particularly suitable forum for disputes arising in this part of Europe. In this role, I hope to contribute to strengthening the local arbitration culture and to building closer links between Montenegro and the international arbitration community.”

Teodora Vujošević is a lawyer at CMS Belgrade, advising international clients on real estate, energy and infrastructure projects. She supports international investors throughout the lifecycle of large-scale projects, from structuring and development to contractual and risk management aspects in Serbia and Montenegro.

Teodora also has experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution and has been involved in arbitration matters arising from complex commercial arrangements. Her professional work is complemented by ongoing academic engagement in international arbitration and dispute resolution.
