Some of the complex intellectual property disputes I mediated involved pharmaceutical and hi-tech patents, app and gaming innovations, brand coexistence strategies in competitive markets, licensing negotiations, trade secret conflicts, and copyright issues — including matters related to publishing, creation, and distribution in the editorial, music, and film industries — offering tailored solutions that bridge technical, commercial, and legal perspectives.

Business & Commercial disputes

Some of the complex international business and commercial disputes I mediated involved supply chain disruptions, breach of partnership agreements, intellectual property conflicts, cross-border contract enforcement, joint venture dissolutions, and financial mismanagement.

Sports disputes

Some of the complex sport disputes I mediated involved contract disagreements, athlete-agent conflicts, trademark licensing conflicts, image rights agreements, and sponsorship contract disputes.

Some of the complex workplace disputes I mediated involved conflicts between teams and management, issues of discrimination and harassment, and facilitation of productive dialogue in cases involving performance disagreements or interdepartmental miscommunication.

Some of the complex cross-border and multi-party disputes I mediated involved construction cases concerning owners, insurance companies, engineers, and material providers from different jurisdictions; inheritance divisions among several siblings and large families residing on separate continents with assets dispersed globally; and disputes in large-scale international business partnerships spanning diverse legal, cultural, and commercial landscapes.

Climate and Energy transition disputes

Some of the complex climate disputes I mediated involved renewable energy investments, regulatory challenges, and cross-border contractual conflicts.

Delicate and emotional disputes

Alongside extensive experience in mediating consumer disputes and resolving diverse community conflicts, I have mediated complex, delicate, and emotionally charged cases. These include inheritance divisions among conflicted siblings with deep interpersonal rifts, high-stakes commercial disputes involving severe financial pressures and resource scarcity, urgent civil and commercial matters, and disrupted business partnerships hindered by entrenched tensions and broken communication.

I adopt a pragmatic, facilitative approach to mediation, grounded in independence, neutrality, confidentiality, and informality. My focus is on creating a constructive environment in which parties can communicate effectively and engage in a structured negotiation process aimed at practical and mutually acceptable outcomes.

My practice frequently involves cross-border disputes, complex commercial relationships, and multi-party negotiations. Through careful guidance and process management, I assist parties in moving beyond positional bargaining, exploring the underlying dynamics of the dispute, and identifying sustainable solutions.

Attentive to the relational and emotional dimensions of conflict, I draw on a broad toolkit of techniques to support parties in regaining clarity and agency — enabling more grounded, durable, and genuinely owned agreements.

While I primarily adopt a facilitative approach, I am trained across multiple mediation models. My toolkit adapts completely to the parties\' needs and the specific nature of their dispute—whether commercial or interpersonal. Depending on the conflict\'s dynamics, I can pivot from coaching parties on negotiation, communication, and managing emotional elements, to supporting their empowerment and mutual recognition through a transformative approach.
