1982
The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (established in 1895) is an independent, non-governmental organization for assistance, promotion, representation and protection of the business interests of its members, which contributes to the development of international economic cooperation and provides assistance for the European and international integration of the Republic of Bulgaria. The activity of the Chamber is based on the principles of voluntary membership, autonomy and self-financing. BCCI seeks to establish straightforward and ethical relations among the business circles.

The not-for-profit American Arbitration Association® (AAA®)-International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR®) is the largest private global provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the world. With that comes enormous responsibility, which the AAA-ICDR® embraces. Its work lessens the load of a tremendously overburdened court system. Its efforts ease the financial hardships of those shattered by natural disasters. The foundation it established supports access to justice for all.

The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA or the Centre) is an independent non-profit international organization established in 1979 under the auspices of the Asian African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO), in performance of AALCO’s decision, made at the Doha Session in 1978, to establish regional centres for international commercial arbitration in Africa and Asia, seeking to promote international commercial arbitration in the Afro-Asian area.
For more than one hundred years, the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) has been the leading point of contact in Germany for questions relating to arbitration and alternative dispute resolution for national and international commercial disputes. It also has a long-standing tradition and expertise in the administration of arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Formerly known as the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission, CIETAC was set up in April 1956 under the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in accordance with the Decision Concerning the Establishment of A Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission Within the China Council For the Promotion of International Trade adopted on May 6, 1954 at the 215th session of the Government Administration Council.

KCAB INTERNATIONAL was established on 20 April 2018 as an independent division of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board to meet the growing demand for cross-border commercial dispute resolution. KCAB INTERNATIONAL specializes in international arbitration to ensure that disputes are resolved in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner within a streamlined process.

ACICA is governed by an active board that directs the institution’s activities. The Board is led by the Executive, currently comprising the President, three Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Executive Directors, along with the Secretary General. ACICA actively engages with the arbitration and mediation community throughout Australia and around the globe, through a number of working committees.

2005
Palacký University Olomouc (UP) is an internationally respected and scientifically and academically highly productive university in Central Europe. Founded 22 December 1573, it is the second-oldest university in the Czech Republic and the oldest one in Moravia. For 450 years it has contributed to the intellectual wealth of society and to its scientific, cultural, and social development.
The Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania is the oldest commercial arbitration institution in Romania, being established in 1953 and have been active for more than 60 years. Throughout this time, the Arbitration Court has formed and maintained a very good reputation through the arbitrators it had and also through the quality of the arbitral awards rendered.
The Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) is specialised in commercial dispute resolution. CAM provides an array of services and tools known as ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), which allow for a time effective resolution of disputes through extra-judicial methods. As a matter of fact, commercial dispute resolution is one of the specific functions attributed to the chambers of commerce by the law (Italian Law No. 580 of 1993).
2007
Azerbaijan International Commercial Arbitration Court “On International Arbitration” established in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other normative acts (BKAM) succeeded in spreading the idea of arbitration, being the first arbitration court in our country. The activity of BKAM is the first step in the promotion and application of alternative methods of out-of-court dispute resolution in Azerbaijan, and is conditioned by the existence of a domestic legal framework and the accession of our republic to international acts.
2012
Established in 1991 as an independent, not-for-profit organisation, SIAC has a proven track record in providing neutral arbitration services to the global business community. SIAC arbitration awards have been enforced by the courts of Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Thailand, UK, USA, and Vietnam, amongst other New York Convention signatories.

The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid (the “Chamber of Commerce of Madrid”) is a public law corporation with more than 130 years of history that aims to facilitate the development of companies. As part of its activity, theChamber of Commerce is very active in promoting agile and efficient dispute resolution methods for business entities.
Established in 1973, the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (BCCC) is a non-profit and independent business association held by the private sector with its primary objective to foster stronger commercial relations between Brazil and Canada. The Chamber is led by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of industry leaders and experts in conducting business between the two countries.

The Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (“CAA”) is a non-profit organisation based in Taipei, Taiwan, providing the administration of arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution under its own rules or any other rules agreed upon by the parties. Previously known as the Commercial Arbitration Association of the Republic of China, CAA has been administering cases efficiently and impartially since its establishment in 1955.
The Arbitration and Mediation Centers were established to create optimal and friendly conditions for entrepreneurs to resolve economic conflicts. Therefore, the subject of the activities of each Arbitration and Mediation Center (hereinafter “Center” or “CAM”) is to conduct mediations in which at least one of the parties is an entrepreneur.

International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian CCI (the ICAC) is a flagship institution among the arbitration institutions in Central and Eastern Europe and a recognized arbitration institution worldwide. Launched in 1992, the ICAC has offered best international standards in arbitrating disputes in Ukraine for over 32 years.

The Energy Community is an international organization which brings together the European Union and its neighbours to create an integrated pan-European energy market. The organization was founded by the Treaty establishing the Energy Community signed in October 2005 in Athens, Greece, in force since July 2006. The key objective of the Energy Community is to extend the EU internal energy market rules and principles to countries in South East Europe, the Black Sea region and beyond on the basis of a legally binding framework.
In 1998, the BAC/BIAC became the first self-funded arbitration institution in China. Since 2018, it has been included in the “One-stop” Diversified International Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanism as one of the first institutions by the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China.
International Arbitration Court in Prague of the Czech Commodity Exchange Kladno is permanent arbitration court in the Czech Republic. It was established based on Act No. 229/1992 Coll., on commodity exchanges, in accordance with Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on arbitral proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards.
Georgian International Arbitration Centre is founded with the initiative of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI). The GCCI – as the organization protecting the interests of business entities in Georgia, considered the significance of the establishment of independent and reliable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the country and took into account the imminent necessity of modernization of already existing old-fashioned and inefficient arbitration court at the Chamber. The GCCI relying on the international practice, according to which the arbitration institutions are created by the Chamber of Commerce worldwide, founded Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC) in December 2013.
The Casablanca International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CIMAC), an independent not-for-profit institution, was established in 2016 to meet the demands of the international business community for a neutral, impartial, efficient and reliable dispute resolution institution in Africa, and beyond.

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) is a company limited by guarantee and a non-profit organization established under Hong Kong law. It is one of the world’s leading dispute resolution organizations, specialising in arbitration, mediation, adjudication and domain name dispute resolution. HKIAC also offers state-of-the-art hearing facilities, which have been ranked first worldwide for location, value for money, IT services and helpfulness of staff.
The TIAC Court of Arbitration is a fully autonomous organ within the TIAC (“Centre”) and is the only body within the Centre’s structure that administers the disputes according to the TIAC Rules of Arbitration in complete independence from the Centre, its founders, the Director or any other entities. The TIAC Court of Arbitration is assisted by the TIAC Secretariat.
We have extensive experience administering arbitration in Peru and are one of the most experienced institutions in Latin America.
2021
In 1989, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce created the Madrid Court of Arbitration, as its own department aimed at the administration of arbitration procedures. To ensure its autonomy and independence, the Chamber provided the Court with a specific Statute, periodically updated (the most recent modification is in 2018). The Statute establishes the framework for the Court’s operation, and provides it with its own bodies for the development of its activity and the necessary means for the correct performance of its functions.

The Chamber of Commerce is a public corporation. Its tasks include business representation, sovereign powers and business promotion.
2023
The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has been continuing its efforts on developing the institution and dissemination of arbitration, as well as decreasing the judiciary workload in Turkey since 2012. TOBBUYUM was established on 9 December 2020 thanks to the TOBB initiatives for promoting sustainable solutions to the disputes within the business world and among citizens.
SHIAC is one of the first five international commercial arbitration and mediation institutions included in the P.R. China Supreme People’s Court’s “One-Stop” Diversified Mechanisms for Resolving International Commercial Disputes.
The ICDR®-International Centre for Dispute Resolution®- is the international division of the largest arbitral institution in the world, the American Arbitration Association® (AAA®). The ICDR is the foremost provider of global conflict-resolution solutions to businesses and organizations involved in cross-border disputes.
The ICA was established in 1965 as a specialized arbitral body at the national level under the initiatives of the Government of India. Based in New Delhi, the main objective of ICA is to promote amicable, quick and inexpensive settlement of commercial disputes by means of arbitration, conciliation, regardless of location.
The University of Liechtenstein is a national university located in Vaduz, the capital of the Principality of Liechtenstein. It focuses on two fields of study – architecture and business economics (entrepreneurship, finance, information systems, business law). The students and faculty come from 40 countries, and the university has partnerships with 80 other institutions.

ICSID was established in 1966 by the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States (the ICSID Convention). The ICSID Convention is a multilateral treaty formulated by the Executive Directors of the World Bank to further the Bank’s objective of promoting international investment. ICSID is an independent, depoliticized and effective dispute-settlement institution. Its availability to investors and States helps to promote international investment by providing confidence in the dispute resolution process.
The Austrian Franchise Association (ÖFV) was founded in 1986 on the initiative of the European Franchise Federation (EFF), has represented the interests of the Austrian franchise industry for over 30 years and is committed to connecting franchisors, franchise partners, franchise experts and interested parties. As the central representative of the Austrian franchise industry and as an integrative driver of the franchise industry, the association represents the interests of its members in public and promotes exchange with business, science, politics and the public.
The Macedonian Association of Corporate Lawyers (MACL) is founded on December 9th, 2022 by a group of enthusiasts with a vision for creating unique community for supporting legal professionals from the business sector, living and working in the daily business life.
The history of the Arbitration and Mediation of Armenia begins with the 2019-2023 Strategy for Judicial and Legal Reforms in Armenia, which envisaged the foundation of Arbitration and Mediation Center, which would ensure the resolution of local and international disputes. The importance of creating an institutional center for arbitration and mediation is also emphasized in the strategy of the RA government for 2021-2026. Therefore, these strategic guidelines signaled Armenia’s commitment fostering efficient, fair, and contemporary mechanisms for conflict resolution.
