Filing of a Statement of Claim
A Statement of Claim can easily be submitted by e-mail, the VIAC Portal or by post.
Statement of Claims including exhibits should be addressed to office@viac.eu. The VIAC Secretariat will confirm receipt of the Statement of Claim.
Additionally, a paper copy of the Statement of Claim including exhibits needs to be provided as a hard copy will be sent to Respondent(s).
VIAC Portal
Statement of Claims including exhibits can be submitted by uploading them to the VIAC Portal. Please request access to the VIAC Portal in advance by e-mailing office@viac.eu.
Additionally, a paper copy of the Statement of Claim including exhibits needs to be provided as a hard copy will be sent to Respondent(s).
