Filing of an Investment Arbitration Claim
Investment Arbitration Claims can easily be submitted by e-mail, the VIAC Portal or by post.
Investment Claims including exhibits should be addressed to office@viac.eu. The VIAC Secretariat will confirm receipt of the Statement of Claim.
Additionally, a paper copy of the Investment Claim including exhibits needs to be provided as a hard copy will be sent to Respondent(s).

Investment Claims including exhibits can be submitted by uploading them to the VIAC Portal. Please request access to the VIAC Portal in advance by e-mailing office@viac.eu.
