Initiation of Mediation Proceedings
Mediation proceedings can easily be initiated by e-mail or mail. In order to initiate mediation proceedings, a request for mediation must be filed with the VIAC Secretariat.
Initiating Mediation Proceedings by e-mail
Requests for mediation including exhibits should be addressed to office@viac.eu. The VIAC Secretariat will confirm receipt of the request for mediation.
