Investment Mediation Clauses

If the parties wish to submit their disputes to mediation or other proceedings under the Vienna Mediation Rules for Investment Proceedings, they may agree a mediation clause in the following form (headings are not part of the text of the clause. Words/fields in square brackets should be deleted/added accordingly):
