Arbitration Rules
A new version of the VIAC Rules of Arbitration and Mediation 2021 entered into force on 1 January 2025 (“Vienna Rules and Vienna Mediation Rules 2021“; short “VR” and “VMR”). The rules apply to all proceedings that commenced after 31 December 2024.
