Secretariat

The VIAC Secretariat is VIAC‘s administrative body. The Secretariat’s main task is case management. The VIAC Secretariat is headed by the Secretary General and her Deputy Secretary General. The Secretary General is supported by Case Managers, a paralegal and administrative assistants.

The members of the VIAC Secretariat currently speak the following languages: Czech, Croatian, French, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian and Hungarian. We are happy to address general requests in these languages, but pursuant to the Vienna Rules  the administration of cases is only possible in English or German.
