I view mediation not merely as a dispute-resolution mechanism, but as a confidential and collaborative process that empowers parties to arrive at durable and mutually acceptable outcomes.

I begin each mediation by creating a safe, respectful, and non-adversarial environment where parties feel heard and understood. Active listening is central to my style and I pay close attention not only to what is said, but also to underlying interests, concerns, and emotional drivers that often influence positions. This enables me to reframe issues constructively and help parties move from rigid stances to interest-based dialogue.

I maintain strict neutrality and independence throughout the process, ensuring equal opportunity for participation and avoiding any perception of bias. While I do not impose solutions, I actively guide discussions through thoughtful questioning, reality-testing, and structured caucuses where appropriate, helping parties assess risks, expectations, and practical implications of various options.
