Mediation Style
I work in co-mediation because I am convinced that it significantly enhances the quality of mediation. Additionally, I find that individual sessions, and especially separate initial meetings with each party, are particularly helpful. My colleagues and I are interested in the content of the conflict, which is why we strive to select the mediation team so that relevant professional expertise is also represented. It is especially important to have a strong understanding of problem-solving, as well as a solution-oriented approach to structuring the process and creating opportunities for exchange.
