Advocate Hitesh Ramchandani appeared in a landmark and Media Highlighted Case before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, where the Court quashed a rape charge, holding that a false promise of marriage does not amount to rape when the complainant was aware of the accused’s existing marriage. The ruling marked a significant interpretation of consent in criminal jurisprudence.
