I speak and write on arbitration topics and on the laws and practice of dispute resolution in the Middle East. Past contributions included moderating a panel discussion with the authors of “Redfern and Hunter on International Arbitration” in Delhi, speaking at ICC seminars at law schools in Delhi and Istanbul on the topics of non-signatories to arbitration agreements and multiparty disputes, commenting on Saudi Arbitration Law at an ICC Conference in Houston, participating in a panel discussion on “Impartiality and Independence of Arbitrators” at an ICC Symposium in Dubai, etc.
