Volodymyr Nakonechnyi, Managing Associate at Arzinger (Kyiv, Ukraine), attorney-at-law, MCIArb. Volodymyr has more than 10 years of professional experience. He represented foreign investors in investment disputes in cases Gilead v. Ukraine, Philip Morris v. Ukraine (I), and McMahons and others v. Ukraine, settled peacefully during the cooling-off period. Volodymyr also represents clients in complex commercial arbitrations and cross-border litigations related to mining, construction, defence, manufacturing and food industries. Volodymyr is a lecturer at the Law School of the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv.
