“International arbitration is far more than a mechanism for resolving disputes - it is a thread that connects people, legal cultures, public institutions, and businesses across borders. It is an honor to serve as a VIAC Ambassador for Armenia and to contribute to strengthening ties between stakeholders in Armenia and VIAC, as well as engaging with the institution’s dynamic international arbitration network.”

Kristine Khanazadyan is a Partner at Equity Law Partners, a boutique law firm based in Yerevan specializing in dispute resolution and strategic advisory. Kristine is admitted to the Armenian Bar and represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings in Armenia.

Her practice in international dispute resolution developed through her work with the Government’s legal team, where she represented the Republic of Armenia in international disputes, including investment and commercial arbitration proceedings.

Kristine is also a co-founder of the International Courts and Arbitration LL.M. program at Yerevan State University, an initiative designed to train the next generation of international law professionals in Armenia. Within the program, she teaches investment law and international arbitration.
