Emilie is a partner at Avizor Advocates and Arbitrators, a Dutch boutique law firm specialising in international arbitration and dispute resolution. She acts as (co-)counsel in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, and represents clients before the Dutch courts in corporate and commercial disputes.
Before entering private practice, Emilie worked at a leading litigation funder, gaining experience in asset tracing and the global enforcement of arbitral awards – expertise she continues to apply in her current work.
