Another VIAC roadshow took place in September, bringing together practitioners, arbitral institutions, in-house counsel and business representatives in Beijing and Shanghai for a series of engaging discussions on cross-border dispute resolution, international arbitration, and China-Europe trade and investment. VIAC Secretary General Niamh Leinwather, VIAC Honorary President Nikolaus Pitkowitz, and VIAC Board Members Ana Stanic and Crenguta Leaua represented VIAC alongside our Ambassador for China, Daisy Chen, facilitating meaningful exchanges and strengthening connections between the Chinese and European arbitration communities. The roadshow highlighted the growing importance of dialogue and cooperation across jurisdictions and further reinforced VIAC’s strong ties with China’s arbitration and business community.
