Investment Arbitration Rules
A new version of the VIAC Rules of Investment Arbitration and Mediation 2021 entered into force on 1 January 2025 (“Vienna Investment Rules and Vienna Investment Mediation Rules 2021“; short “VIR” and “VIMR”). The rules apply to all proceedings that commenced after 31 December 2024.
