Sergii Melnyk

"I feel privileged to become a VIAC Ambassador for Ukraine because VIAC combines the long-standing arbitration tradition of Vienna with a modern, user-oriented approach and an extremely experienced and responsive Secretariat. The aspect that I appreciate the most, however, is the user orientation of VIAC - a practical approach to disputes that suits businesses, not only attorneys. In Ukraine and the wider region, we increasingly see disputes in energy, construction and technology with multi-party and multi-contract structures, where efficient case management matters even more. As a VIAC Ambassador, I want to contribute to this development by promoting VIAC’s arbitration and ADR tools, sharing best practices, and building a bridge between users, counsel and arbitrators."
