Qualified in Brazil, Italy and registered as European lawyer with the Austrian Bar Association, Ricardo specializes in international arbitration and cross-border litigation as well as in M&A / transactional matters, with a particular focus on providing assistance to Brazilian clients globally and international clients involved in Brazil.
Ricardo has a longstanding experience in handling matters for clients in different sectors, including consumer goods, infrastructure and transport, energy and natural resources, financial services and telecoms.
During the last almost 20 years, Ricardo has been assisting the largest Brazilian multinational companies and financial institutions in their most complex disputes and transactions abroad, particularly in Europe.
