"Rational decision-making“ - Definition, Elements and Occurrence
Is it possible to take decisions rationally or is it only a myth? Under which circumstances do people take rational decisions? When does a decision qualify as rational and is a decision more rationally taken within the framework of court or arbitration proceedings in comparison to decisions taken in mediation?
Jörg Risse (Partner at Baker & McKenzie (Frankfurt office), attorney-at-Law, arbitrator, mediator, honorary professor at the University of Mannheim and lecturer at the Humboldt-University in Berlin) as well as Amelie Huber-Starlinger (Mediator accredited in Austria, England (CEDR) and Singapore (SIMI)) will discuss and shed some light on above questions.
