Where the deceased wishes to submit a dispute relating to succession to arbitration in accordance with Annex 6 to the Vienna Rules, the deceased may insert into the disposition of property upon death \/ agreement as to succession \/ will an arbitration clause in the following form:<\/p>\n
All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with of [surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, address of the deceased] , including disputes concerning the right of succession, the existence of legacies, the content and validity of , shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration (Vienna Rules) of the International Arbitral Institute of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC) by one or three arbitrators appointed in accordance with these Rules, applying Annex 6 for disputes concerning succession.<\/p>\n
