The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (established in 1895) is an independent, non-governmental organization for assistance, promotion, representation and protection of the business interests of its members, which contributes to the development of international economic cooperation and provides assistance for the European and international integration of the Republic of Bulgaria. The not-for-profit American Arbitration Association\u00ae (AAA\u00ae)-International Centre for Dispute Resolution\u00ae (ICDR\u00ae) is the largest private global provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in the world. With that comes enormous responsibility, which the AAA-ICDR\u00ae embraces. Its work lessens the load of a tremendously overburdened court system. ACICA is governed by an active board that directs the institution’s activities. The Energy Community is an international organization which brings together the European Union and its neighbours to create an integrated pan-European energy market. The organization was founded by the Treaty establishing the Energy Community signed in October 2005 in Athens, Greece, in force since July 2006. The key objective of the Energy Community is to extend the EU internal energy market rules and principles to countries in South East Europe, the Black Sea region and beyond on the basis of a legally binding framework. <\/p>\n

Georgian International Arbitration Centre is founded with the initiative of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI). The GCCI – as the organization protecting the interests of business entities in Georgia, considered the significance of the establishment of independent and reliable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the country and took into account the imminent necessity of modernization of already existing old-fashioned and inefficient arbitration court at the Chamber. In 1989, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce created the Madrid Court of Arbitration, as its own department aimed at the administration of arbitration procedures. To ensure its autonomy and independence, the Chamber provided the Court with a specific Statute, periodically updated (the most recent modification is in 2018). ICSID was established in 1966 by the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States (the ICSID Convention). The ICSID Convention is a multilateral treaty formulated by the Executive Directors of the World Bank to further the Bank’s objective of promoting international investment. ICSID is an independent, depoliticized and effective dispute-settlement institution.
