It does not replace the determination of the advance on costs by the Secretary General in accordance with <span> <\/span><em>Art. 42 Vienna (Investment Arbitration) Rules 2021<\/em><span> <\/span>or the determination of the procedural costs by the Secretary General<span> <\/span>in accordance with <em>Art. 44 Vienna (Investment Arbitration) Rules 2021<\/em>.
