VIAC Portal<\/h1>\n

VIAC introduces the VIAC Portal \u2013 an online case management platform hosted on HighQ, a cloud-based file sharing and collaboration software operated by Thomson Reuters. The VIAC Portal can be used for all types of VIAC proceedings for communication among the VIAC, the parties, and the arbitrators or other third-party neutrals. On the Portal, a separate case site will be opened for each case.<\/p>\n

The VIAC Portal is used to further increase efficiency in VIAC cases, to enable transparency among the parties involved in the proceedings and to meet the constantly growing need of the parties involved for data security, confidentiality and data protection.<\/p>\n

Registration in the VIAC Portal<\/h2>\n

Parties, arbitrators or others involved in VIAC proceedings are invited to the VIAC Portal. If you need access to the VIAC Portal in advance (e.g. to file a Statement of Claim), please contact office@viac.eu. Please also send us a copy of your power of attorney.<\/p>\n

Guidelines<\/h2>\n

The VIAC Portal Guidelines aim to provide current and future users with a good overview of the Portal\u2019s functionalities. A detailed user manual which thoroughly explains every aspect of the VIAC Portal, can be found on the VIAC Portal and \u2013 of course \u2013 the VIAC Secretariat is also always happy to assist with any questions that may arise.<\/p>\n
