Investment Arbitration Rules<\/h1>\n

A new version of the VIAC Rules of Investment Arbitration and Mediation 2021 entered into force on 1 January 2025 (\u201cVienna Investment Rules and Vienna Investment Mediation Rules 2021\u201c; short \u201cVIR\u201d and \u201cVIMR\u201d). The rules apply to all proceedings that commenced after 31 December 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n
