Volodymyr has more than 10 years of professional experience. He represented foreign investors in investment disputes in cases <em>Gilead v. Ukraine<\/em>, <em>Philip Morris v. Ukraine (I)<\/em>, and <em>McMahons and others v. Ukraine<\/em>, settled peacefully during the cooling-off period. Volodymyr also represents clients in complex commercial arbitrations and cross-border litigations related to mining, construction, defence, manufacturing and food industries.
