She acts as (co-)counsel in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, and represents clients before the Dutch courts in corporate and commercial disputes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_42 wixui-rich-text__text\">Before entering private practice, Emilie worked at a leading litigation funder, gaining experience in asset tracing and the global enforcement of arbitral awards &#8211; expertise she continues to apply in her current work.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;I\u2019m truly honoured to serve as the Dutch VIAC Ambassador.
