Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot project in BiH.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-motion-part=\"BG_MEDIA comp-livrluht\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"VgO9Yg\" data-motion-part=\"BG_MEDIA comp-livrluht\"><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">She is one of the co-authors of the publications \u201cDispute Resolution in Central, Eastern &amp; Southeastern Europe\u201d (2018), &#8220;International Arbitration in Central, Eastern &amp; Southeastern Europe&#8221; (2018) and &#8220;Balkan Yearbook of European and International Law&#8221; (2019).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;The only way we can ensure adequate protection of foreign investment and rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina is by providing alternative to the (still) inefficient judiciary system. So we need to start changing the mind-set and break all misconceptions related to arbitration among business and legal community of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In order to effectively achieve that presented alternative needs to have sufficient credibility, be neutral, not too expensive and not too &#8220;foreign&#8221;.
