4th CARTAL Conference on International Arbitration

The Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law, National Law University, Jodhpur is organising the upcoming 4th CARTAL Conference on International Arbitration from October 5- 6, 2019. The theme for the conference is "Navigating Murky Waters: Addressing Uncertainties in International Arbitration". The two-day conference shall be conducted as a series of three panel discussions. Experts in the field of arbitration will be speaking on contemporary issues such as the latest Amendment Bill for setting up institutional arbitration in India, human rights concerns in international investment and the IBA rules on taking of evidence in international arbitration.

The registration fee for practitioners (exclusive of catering or accommodation) is INR 5000 and for students is INR 2200.
