Fordham International Arbitration and Mediation Conference

Please join for Fordham Law School’s International Arbitration and Mediation Conference to be held virtually on November 20, 2020.  

This year’s conference will feature a keynote by Professor George A. Bermann, Gelhorn Professor of Law and Monnet Professor in European Union Law, Columbia Law School and panels on creating solution-driven dispute resolution processes and the applicability of 28 U.S.C. § 1782 to international commercial arbitration.
