ArbitralWomen ist ein internationales Netzwerk von Frauen, die in der Streitbeilegung tätig sind. Seit der Gründung im Jahr 1993 hat diese NGO etwa 1000 Mitglieder aus allen Kontinenten und mehr als 40 Ländern gewonnen. Ziel ist die Unterstützung von Frauen durch die Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Mentoring und Sponsoring von Studentinnen für die Teilnahme an Moot Courts.

Women Pioneers in Dispute Resolution - 2. Ausgabe

Die 2. Auflage des Buchs „Women Pioneers in Dispute Resolution” ist hier verfügbar.

Dieses Buch geht auf die Initiative der beiden Gründerinnen von Arbitral Women, Louise Barrington und Mirèze Philippe, zurück, deren erklärtes Ziel es war und noch immer ist, Frauen im Bereich Dispute Resolution zu fördern. Dieses Buch zollt den echten Pionierinnen der ersten Stunde Respekt, aber macht auch gleichzeitig die vielen neuen Kämpferinnen sichtbar, die sich stetig um die Fortführung dieser Bemühungen einsetzen.

Wir sind sehr stolz, dass VIACs Generalsekretärin, Dr. Alice Fremuth-Wolf, eingeladen wurde, für die 2. Auflage dieses Buchs einen Beitrag zu gestalten.
