YAAP Anniversary Conference

The Anniversary Conference is traditionally preceded by the YAAP Annual Meeting and the ArbAut Annual Meeting.

Participation is free of charge.
The keynote speech will be delivered by Anne Catherine Kunz (LALIVE) on legitimate party expectations.
Followed by a controversial Oxford style debate on the Proposition "The ideal arbitrator strictly enforces procedural rules", between Selma Tirić (Knoetzl), and Heidrun Walsh (Mishcon de Reya), on the one side, and Florian Stefan (Vavrovsky Heine Marth) and Nenad Kovačević (CMS), on the other side, moderated by Michael Nueber (Gasser Partners).
Finally, Stephanie Rohmann (University of Innsbruck) will wrap up the event with a brief retrospect: „Flashback: Looking back on 2019“.
