HKIAC/VIAC - Joint Event in Vienna

Please register for the HKIAC/VIAC Joint Conference in Tylney Hall Style format. Together with Peter Leaver QC and Prof. Janet Walker. VIAC Vice-President Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz will answer questions from the audience on “Concurrent Proceedings and Confidentiality”, "Impact of the applicable law to the arbitration agreement", "Admissibility of illegally obtained evidence" and "Evidence and legal positions in related proceedings" moderated by Sarah Grimmer (Secretary General of HKIAC).  

The event will be held on 12 April 2019, 4:30 to 6:00 pm at the premises of VIAC in Vienna at the occasion of the 26th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
