IBA-VIAC CDRC VIENNA - The Mediation and Negotiation Competition

The 5th edition of IBA-VIAC CDRC Vienna takes place from 6 - 10 July 2019. The "CDRC Vienna" is a moot competition in the field of Consensual Dispute Resolution organized jointly by VIAC and the IBA, especially focusing on mediation and negotiation. 33 Teams from universities all around the world will negotiate and mediate a mock case which is based on the 2019 Willem C. Vis International Commerical Arbitration Moot Problem.
