CAS in Arbitration
Beschreibung
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) programme is a 10 ECTS credit point joint degree of the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel in cooperation with the Swiss Arbitration Academy. It is composed of four modules, starting next May at the University of Neuchâtel. The course is designed for lawyers, in-house counsel and other professionals interested in international dispute resolution.
All courses are taught in English. This course is designed to accommodate working professionals, participants will be given an opportunity to attend to their professional responsibilities during each day of the module. The coordinators of the programme are Prof. Dr. Daniel Girsberger and Prof. Dr. Christoph Müller.
