AAA - Winter School - Session IV

The 5th edition of the Winter School will take place in online-format from January 19 – 12 February. The application deadline is 15 January 2021.

The Austrian Arbitration Academy - Arbitration Rules in Practice is an innovative (this year in online-format) progamme on international commercial arbitration from an institutional perspective and addresses young arbitration practitioners and PhD and diploma students. It is jointly organized by the Sommerhochschule of the Vienna University, VIAC, YAAP and ArbAut.   

The keynote will be delivered by Prof. Ingeborg Schwenzer on the topic “CISG and arbitration”.
