The Austrian Arbitration Academy - Arbitration Rules in Practice is an inensive, four-day programme on international commercial arbitration from an institutional perspective and addresses young arbitration practitioners and PhD and diploma students.

Jointly organized by the Sommerhochschule of the Vienna University, VIAC, YAAP and ArbAut, this program has been specifically devised for participants with first experiences in the area of international arbitration. The course will take place in Vienna from 16 - 20 January 2018 in Vienna and will consist of a taught module and participation in the Vienna Arbitration Days. 

Successful participants will receive a University of Vienna-VIAC practice diploma.

The fee of the Austrian Arbitration Academy - Arbitration Rules in Practice amounts to € 550,- and includes registration, tuition, lunch & coffee breaks, dinner at a "Heurigen" (traditional Austrian restaurant) on Wednesday as well as the registration fee for the Vienna Arbitration Days (excluding dinners and ball). Participants will be automatically registered for the VAD 2017 and need not register separately for the VAD 2018.
